Bars and speakeasies aren't controlled rooms. A disagreement at the bar, a guest who's had one too many — it's inevitable, and no security company can promise otherwise.
Our guards are trained to read a room and calm it down through communication — not to posture, intimidate, or turn a bad moment into a worse one. We're not enforcers. We're the reason nothing happens.
We train for more than bar fights. Our guards are taught to notice unwanted advances, watch out for drinks left unattended, and make sure a guest who needs help actually gets home safe — not just break things up after the fact.
Once we're placed at your venue, we stay. Regulars get to know our guards by name, and that familiarity prevents more trouble than any uniform ever could. If we can't cover a scheduled shift, you don't pay for it — full stop.
